Acceptable Use Policy

Rules for responsible use of Pynecode.

Purpose

Pynecode is intended for legitimate business operations use, including inventory management, fixed asset tracking, locations, records, users, and operational activity.

Responsible Use

Users may not use Pynecode to break the law, infringe rights, harass others, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misuse accounts, systems, or data.

Data Entered by Customers

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of data entered into Pynecode. Pynecode should not be used to store highly sensitive personal, medical, payroll, payment card, legal, or regulated information unless it is necessary for operational use and the customer has decided it is appropriate.

Security and Access

Users may not share passwords carelessly, bypass access controls, test security without permission, upload malicious material, or attempt to disrupt Pynecode or its service providers.

Pynecode does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, payroll, or compliance advice. Users should not treat Pynecode records as professional advice.

Enforcement

Pynecode may limit, suspend, or terminate access if use of the service appears harmful, unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.
